Genesis Central Asia is a subsidiary of Genesis Development Holdings. In order to diversify our business portfolio, the company has decided to enter into CISs and build our portfolio in Uzbekistan first. We expect that Genesis CA will become a bridge to a diversified energy business model in Uzbekistan. we will start to operate mini refinery business and our exploration block acquisition soon.
Uzbekistan Exploration Block Opportunities
Electronic trading platform "E-AUKSION" was organized based on the decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Starting from September 1, 2017, the process of selling property through auction on the basis of court orders was launched on the trading floor.
With this opportunity presented to us, we will selectively participate exploration block auction so that we build up our diversified portfolio. In collaboration with our local partner, we will utilize our green drilling technology and our own rigs to drill our acquired fields more efficiently and timely.
Mini Refinery
Small refineries, which are a collection of small refining units for refining and separating raw materials such as gaseous condensate to produce higher value-added materials such as naphtha, diesel and Kerosene, with capacities far below capacity conventional refineries are designed.
The return on investment of small refineries is higher than that of oil refineries and they have more flexibility to produce a variety of products from diesel to products that require more complex processes. In addition to being economical, responding to local demand especially in remote locations or specific feed types. (For example, gas condensate) could be a reason to build a small refinery.
