Drilling and Production​

• Drill 1 testing well to gather advanced data by June/July 2022​

• Apply for MET (tax) exemption - 6-12 months after submission of request​

• Drill Lateral and horizontal wells​

• Fracturing and sidetrack using Slim drill technique​

• Utilize gas lift and other advanced technology to reduce capex and operating costs​

Operations​

• Cash flow positive by year end -  self sustaining operations​

• Build infrastructure, system and personnel to grow and scale business​

Establish AT LEAST ideally 2 New Business Lines

• Oil services of Green Drill, Mini Refinery, Operator Model, additional licenses and production​
